Sailor Excavation & Paving Co., Inc. operates and manages a clean fill site in West Mifflin. This is a permitted and approved clean fill site that has been used on multiple PennDOT projects. The site has an NPDES permit. This is a dump and go site as we push the dump site off, maintain a West Mifflin permit, and maintain all E & S.
In addition to the clean fill site we also have an earth shale site that can be utilized for structural fill or common borrow material. We have compatible shale with submittals.

Asphalt debris
Millings
Dirt
Gravel
Construction Debris (non-contaminated)
Materials we can not take:
Contaminated Material
No lumber/wood/landscaping material
No trash
